Father Tesclesghi

It is with sorrow that I reflect upon the loss of a truly beautiful man, Fr. Tesclesghi. A more fully realized teacher and monastic priest it is hard to imagine. Here is a man who took "the bull by the horns". Whether in confession, practical advice, or even in humor, he was a man to express his heart fully. A great mind, a lover of St. Paul and theology, his preaching was illuminating.
Now he has reached his goal, to meet God. Therefore "praise God! good brother" as first spoken by Brother Felix at the monastery door when two Pennsylvania itinerants reached Our Lady of Fatima in the heart of an ice storm at 4 AM. Those are special memories!! What Grace and Blessing the Lord offers. WE MISS YOU ABBA!

Sedes Sapientiae

To think therefore upon her is perfection of wisdom:
and whoso watcheth for her shall quickly be without care (Wisdom of
Solomon 6:15).
I preferred her before sceptres and thrones and esteemed
riches nothing in comparison with her (" " 7:8).
I loved her above health and beauty, and chose to have her instead of light: for the light that cometh from her never goes out (" " 7:10).

The Earth is the Lord's and the Fulness Thereof... (Psalm 24:1)

I learned diligently, and do communicate her liberally:
I do not hide her riches (Wisdomof Solomon 7:13).
